The race day provided sunny 70 deg F conditions with mostly
steady winds from 8 to 10 mph as forecast for most of the 5 races.
Wind direction shifted from SW to WSW around noon. Wind velocity
increased to approx. 15 mph at the start of the Race #3 and continued
through the first half of this shorter race course. Race #5, also a
shorter course, was sailed in a wind velocity that decreased to
approx. 6-7 mph at the conclusion for racing.
All races used whistle starts.
