Race #1 (S-2P-4P-F); Race #2 (S-2P-4P-2P-F); Weather: Racing started under partially cloudy skies with moderate (estimated at 10-14 mph), but building winds. Shifting wind directions added difficultly to flying spinnakers during the final downwind leg of the second race. Wind speeds after the close of the second race and all boats had returned to the marina were measured at 23.6 mph steady, with gusts to 30 mph. All races used 3-min start sequence with horn starts from the chase/committee boat.
