Saturday: Race day morning was sunny and comfortable with the temperature at approximately 75 deg F. Winds started out light from the West at 5 mph and clocked to the East before fading to near zero as the mid 90 deg F temperatures settled in shortening the race day for most classes. Thistles were able to squeeze in three races before the wind completely died. A fourth race was started for the Thistles, but was abandoned due to lack of wind at the weather mark. All other classes sailed just one race on Saturday before racing for all classes was abandoned for the day.

Sunday: The wind conditions improved for Sunday's racing with morning winds starting at 3 mph from the West and steadily filling in and rising to 6 mph and higher for short durations for most of the day's racing. During the first two hours the wind backed and clocked many times as much as 30 degrees before settling down to a more Westerly direction. The Race Committee was able to complete 5 races for all classes on Sunday and a sixth for the Flying Scots and San Juan 21's. One twice around course was sailed by the Muntihull class on Sunday. Sunday's temperatures were in the 70's in the morning and mid 90's just after noon time.
